The Jacksonville Film Festival has exciting volunteer opportunities for the upcoming 9th annual festival taking place on Oct 13-16 2011. We will be filling staffing needs for production team, screenings, parties, workshops and events. Positions range in time commitment and intensity from intern level administrative and coordinating duties to film screening staff shifts.
We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, friendly folks who love film, though previous experience in film or production is not necessary. We will work together to find a good fit for your experience, skills and interests and provide and opportunity that can fit the time you have to offer.
All positions are unpaid, however the festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and can complete any service learning or hours tracking documentation necessary. Volunteers will receive screening passes commensurate with service time and commitment.
All volunteers are welcome to apply- the positions are not limited to students. Previous volunteers – we welcome you back!!!!
